Search and Rescue
In France, these services are generally free outside of the ski season; however, Assur'Green covers you for any specific local situations, ensuring you have nothing to pay. During the winter season, rescue services certainly come at a cost (often a high one), so Assur'Glisse saves you from unpleasant surprises. Medical Transport
Wherever you are in the world, if you need to be transported to and from a medical facility (such as a hospital) by ambulance or helicopter, it pays to be well insured. In France, winter transport costs are posted at town halls and ski lift ticket offices—be sure to check them. Note: our insurance policies spare you from having to pay upfront—a real plus for your wallet!
Medical costs
French residents are generally covered by social security and supplementary health insurance. This is not always the case for non-residents. Regardless of status, out-of-pocket expenses may still arise from sports accidents, which are subject to specific coverage arrangements. Assur'Green, Assur'Glisse, and My Sport Cover cover your medical expenses—and that makes a huge difference.
Interruption of activities
If a covered accident prevents you from fully utilizing the services you have paid for (ski passes, bookings for sports and leisure activities, or group or private lessons), Assur'Glisse, Assur'Green, and My Sport Cover will reimburse you on a pro-rata basis for the unused hours or days of service.
Repatriation Assistance
Unable to return home on your own following a covered accident? Assur'Green and My Sport Cover will repatriate you and your insured family members to your home—and your vehicle, if necessary. This service is arranged through our assistance provider, Mutuaide.
Other coverages
Additional coverages (inclement weather, cancellation, equipment breakage) are included in most of our solutions. For example, "equipment breakage" coverage is included in the Assur'Green Protect and My Sport Cover products, as well as in the Assur'Glisse products offered for example by SkiPower.ski and Passemontagne.fr...
